You can place orders to purchase products on our Website. To do so, please follow the onscreen instructions to place an order. Delivery options are described at Point of Purchase along with pricing. Items which you select for purchase will automatically be placed in your shopping ‘cart’. To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the ‘X’ in the top left hand corner of each item to remove that item from the cart. You will be asked to provide certain information to allow us to process your order (Name, Address and Postcode). Including your selected payment method and card details. We use Square to accept card payment. Square terms apply, which can be viewed here You will receive an order confirmation by email to the email address you have provided to us acknowledging that we have received your order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance by us of your offer to buy a product. Our acceptance of your order will take place when you receive an email from us confirming that your order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept your order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been an error in the description, or because of unexpected circumstances which we could not reasonably plan for, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has already been taken, we will as soon as reasonably practicable inform you of this via email, and provide you with a full refund using the payment method you used to place the order. The images of our products shown on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, colours, sizes, dimensions and measurements are approximate only. We cannot guarantee that the display of the device on which you are accessing our Website will accurately display the colours of our products. Products may be supplied in different packaging from that indicated on our Website.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to add new products. Prices which appear on our Website are inclusive of our standard Royal Mail Signed For® delivery. If you decide to select Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® then additional charges will apply. Any extra delivery charges; such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®, which are applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed on screen prior to your payment details being taken. We accept Square. By paying using Square, you confirm that the card is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP at lisa@cardbastedesigns.co.uk You can cancel your order if you contact us before it is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if notification is late and your order has already been processed. If you have any issues with the delivery service, please let us know your order number and what the issue is. We will be happy to arrange re-delivery, or refund you for your order if the circumstances are reasonable. If you have any issues with quality or damages, please let us know so that we can provide you with a refund or replacement. We may request images for all issues to do with quality and damages. Please contact us with your order No. We will accept returns for items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are unaffected. No items that have been customised; and are not at fault, are returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to faulty goods. In the case of faulty goods, we will refund shipping costs along with the product order value once we receive the returned goods in accordance with the terms laid out here. Please make sure to ship return items in the original packaging used for delivery to you and use the returns label provided, as damaged returns cannot be accepted. If you want to check the status of your return, please contact us. Once your refund is approved and processed, it can take 3 to 5 working days to reach your bank account.
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract. Please refer to Returns above.
